Goldstream Investment Adds 1.19 Million Shares via Share Award Scheme; Issued Share Base Rises to 256.93 Million

Goldstream Investment Limited reported that authorised share capital remained unchanged at 400.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.50, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

During August 2026, the company issued 1.19 million new ordinary shares to the trustee of its Share Award Scheme, as approved at the 27 August 2021 extraordinary general meeting. No treasury shares were transferred or cancelled in the period.

Following the issuance, outstanding issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose 0.47% to 256.93 million. Treasury shares were unchanged at 1.39 million, bringing total issued shares (including treasury) to 258.33 million.

The company’s 2020 Share Option Scheme shows 21.56 million options outstanding, with no new shares issued or treasury transfers during the month. Remaining headroom for future grants under the scheme totals 25.63 million shares.

Goldstream confirmed that it continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued share capital.
