SF Holding Restores Primary Investor Hotline After Completion of System Upgrade

On 21 October 2026, SF Holding announced that its primary investor relations hotline (Tel: +86-755-3639 5338) will resume normal operations starting 22 October 2026. The line had been temporarily suspended due to upgrades to communication infrastructure and related equipment. During the outage, investors were directed to use a provisional number (+86-755-3639 0780), which will be deactivated once the original line is re-established.

The company expressed regret for any inconvenience caused and thanked investors for their understanding throughout the upgrade period. The notice was released in accordance with Rule 13.10B of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and was simultaneously posted on CNINFO, China’s statutory disclosure platform.

No other operational or financial metrics were disclosed in the announcement. The statement was authorised by the Board of SF Holding, chaired by Mr Wang Wei, and countersigned by Joint Company Secretary Ms Gan Ling.
