All "Big Four" Firms Listed! Multiple Accounting Firms and CPAs Receive Cash Rewards

On November 21, 2025, the Anhui Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) released a public notice regarding the distribution of financial incentives for high-quality services provided by professional institutions in 2025.

The announcement revealed that after preliminary and secondary reviews by the AICPA Secretariat, 27 qualified professional institutions, 35 Party organizations, and 58 practitioners are set to receive incentives totaling RMB 2.5379 million.

Key highlights include: - Ernst & Young Hua Ming Anhui Branch received a one-time reward of RMB 150,000 for achieving business revenue exceeding RMB 50 million for the first time. - The Party branch of Ernst & Young Hua Ming (Special General Partnership) Anhui Branch was awarded RMB 2,200. - Tang Lei, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Ernst & Young Hua Ming (Special General Partnership) Anhui Branch, received RMB 5,000 for obtaining a master's degree and maintaining over three years of practice.

KPMG Huazhen (Special General Partnership) Hefei Branch was awarded RMB 50,000 for ranking 14th in Anhui’s 2024 comprehensive evaluation of accounting firms. Additionally, it received RMB 22,987 for surpassing RMB 10 million in revenue with over 10% growth, and RMB 20,000 for auditing annual reports of two listed companies in the province. Its Party branch was granted RMB 1,600.

PwC Zhongtian (Special General Partnership) Hefei Branch’s Party branch received RMB 1,200, while Deloitte Huayong (Special General Partnership) Hefei Branch’s Party branch was awarded RMB 1,350.

The notice detailed that the incentives were based on the "Measures to Support Professional Institutions in Enhancing Service Quality" (AICPA [2025] No. 55). The AICPA and the Anhui Appraisal Association had called for applications in July, followed by reviews.

The list of awardees has been published for public scrutiny to ensure transparency. Any objections must be submitted with real-name verification during the公示期 (public notice period) from November 21 to November 27, 2025.
