China Northern Rare Earth (Group) High-Tech Co., Ltd. (600111.SH) announced that, based on the rare earth concentrate pricing methodology and the price of rare earth oxides in the fourth quarter of 2025, the transaction price for rare earth concentrate in the first quarter of 2026 has been adjusted. Following calculation and approval at the company's first general manager office meeting of 2026, the new tax-exclusive price is set at 26,834 yuan per ton (dry basis, REO=50%). For every 1% increase or decrease in the REO (Rare Earth Oxide) content, the tax-exclusive price will be adjusted by 536.68 yuan per ton accordingly.
