JIHONG CO (ASX: 02603) has announced the successful completion of its placement of 9,371,500 placement shares. The placement was finalized on July 20, 2026, with each H-share offered at a price of HK$12.24.
The company has confirmed that the net proceeds raised from this share placement amount to approximately HK$113 million.
