Reports have surfaced of numerous consumers encountering issues when purchasing tickets for a singer's August concert in Hangzhou through major ticketing platforms.
Allegedly, after successful payment, their orders were automatically changed to tickets for the same singer's late July concert in Beijing. A consumer-led rights protection group has reportedly gathered over 300 members, collecting information on 168 incorrect purchase orders with a preliminary estimated total value exceeding 150,000 yuan.
In response, the official account of the Damai ticketing platform issued a statement refuting these claims. The platform stated it has taken recent online discussions regarding ticket purchases for the singer's "King of Beasts" tour very seriously and immediately launched a comprehensive investigation.
Following a thorough review of system logs, user operation pathways, and server data from the ticket sales period by its technical team, the platform confirmed that its ticketing system was operating normally. It asserted there was no technical malfunction causing automatic "ticket switching."
Similarly, the official account of the MAOYAN ENT platform released a statement. It declared that after a full-process investigation by its technical department, all aspects of the platform's ticketing system—including page display, session navigation, and order generation—were functioning correctly.
The statement from MAOYAN ENT further clarified that there were no issues such as abnormal system ticket switching,混乱的场次信息 (chaotic session information), or order generation errors.
