On August 29, at the construction site of the Liaoning Yingkou Jianfa Shenghai refined phosphoric acid and iron phosphate precursor Phase I 300,000 tons/year wet-process phosphoric acid project, which is contracted by China National Chemical Engineering Co.,Ltd. Donghua Company, the precise cutting of the first steel plate marked the official launch of the project's installation works.
The project involves numerous non-standard equipment and storage tanks with substantial workload and tight construction schedules. The tank farm under initial construction includes multiple carbon steel storage tanks, with 56 pieces of non-standard equipment exceeding 4,000 millimeters in internal diameter within the facility. The manufacturing process features complex structures, with most inner walls requiring rubber and brick lining, demanding high welding technical standards and strict flatness criteria for welding seams.
The project department has specifically established QC quality groups and specialized task forces to scientifically coordinate construction organization and strictly control quality checkpoints, ensuring engineering quality meets design requirements. The successful commencement of non-standard storage tank construction not only accelerates the overall project progress but also sets higher standards for the project department's subsequent work.
The project department stated that it will firmly establish "safety first" as a fundamental principle, uphold the "quality supreme" craftsman spirit, and strengthen the "collaborative and efficient" team concept to create premium and exemplary projects, delivering satisfactory results to the owner.
