It has successively upgraded its dermatology hospital, mental health center, and traditional Chinese medicine hospital, with plans to add andrology and oncology specialties in 2025, establishing specialized disease studios in collaboration with nationally renowned experts.
JD Health has now established a one-stop closed-loop service covering "medical care, testing, diagnosis, and medication." From online consultations and test requisitions to nurse home visits for sample collection, report interpretation, and medication delivery, users can complete the entire diagnosis and treatment process without leaving their homes. Furthermore, the service supports medical imaging examination appointments in numerous cities across the country, further expanding its service boundaries.

In terms of user management, JD Internet Hospital leverages its in-house team of health managers and nutritionists, combined with intelligent operational tools, to provide users with full-cycle health management, achieving a closed loop from cognitive education to long-term repurchasing.
