Shanghai Henlius Biotech, Inc. (02696) disclosed changes to its issued share capital. As of 4 February 2026, 182,645,856 unlisted shares were converted into the same number of H shares.
Following this conversion, the total number of H shares increased from 163,428,541 to 346,074,397, while the number of unlisted shares correspondingly decreased from 380,066,312 to 197,420,456. According to the announcement, the conversion equated to 33.61% of the previously issued shares. No treasury shares were involved in this transaction.
