According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 24, a shareholder of IMAGI INT'L (00585) transferred shares from Wayfoong Securities to Citibank, with a transfer value of HK$128 million, representing 16.37% of the company.

IMAGI INT'L announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. Total revenue was HK$10.18 million, down 61.78% year-on-year. Profit attributable to shareholders was HK$5.375 million, compared to a loss attributable to shareholders of HK$11.459 million in the same period last year, representing a turnaround from loss to profit. Basic earnings per share were HK$0.65 cents.
