Qiyunshan Food's IPO Sees Overwhelming Demand in Hong Kong, International Offering Also Oversubscribed

Qiyunshan Food has announced the final allotment results for its initial public offering.

The company's global offering comprised 25 million H shares, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% and the international offering making up the remaining 90%.

The final offer price has been set at HK$8 per share. The net proceeds from the global offering are expected to be approximately HK$167 million.

Each board lot will consist of 500 H shares. The company anticipates that its H shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering portion was significantly oversubscribed, receiving applications for approximately 1,688.1 times the number of shares initially available.

The international offering was also oversubscribed, receiving applications for about 1.51 times the shares offered.
