INNOGEN-B (02591) announced that Ms. Shi Xueling has resigned from her positions as (i) Joint Company Secretary of the Company, (ii) the Company's Authorized Representative for accepting service of legal process in Hong Kong under both Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Hong Kong Exchange's Listing Rules, and (iii) the Company's Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. Her resignation, based on personal career development reasons, will take effect from March 23, 2026. Ms. Mak Po Man has been appointed as (i) Joint Company Secretary, (ii) Authorized Representative for service of legal process, and (iii) Authorized Representative, effective from the same date, March 23, 2026. Ms. Yang Dongyan, who has been serving as the other Joint Company Secretary, will continue in her role.
