According to a disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 12, Guangdong CHJ Industry Co.,Ltd. (Guangdong CHJ Industry Co.,Ltd., 002345.SZ) submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities serving as the sole sponsor.

According to the prospectus, Guangdong CHJ Industry Co.,Ltd. established its flagship jewelry brand CHJ in 1997, which serves as the foundation of its business and leads fashion trends. Today, the company has become a exemplar of "national trend innovation" in mainland China's jewelry industry. Based on the national intangible cultural heritage filigree craftsmanship, the company has achieved commercialization of traditional crafts and cultural symbol reconstruction, earning multiple innovation honors in design and craftsmanship. In 2023, the company was recognized by Forbes as a "National Trend Innovation Brand," being the only jewelry brand from mainland China to receive this honor.

Guangdong CHJ Industry Co.,Ltd. believes that its brand's "culture + design dual-drive approach" breaks the traditional jewelry paradigm - serving not only as a jewelry manufacturer but also as a conveyor of Chinese aesthetic confidence. The company's brand is positioned as "young and fashionable," establishing a differentiated brand image and product matrix.

To date, the company has become a leading fashion jewelry brand in mainland China. According to Frost & Sullivan data, in terms of the fashion jewelry market, based on sales revenue, the company ranked first among numerous jewelry companies in mainland China in 2024, achieving a 1.4% market share. Additionally, the company focuses on the mid-to-high-end market and has become a leading jewelry brand through a comprehensive and distinctive product portfolio. The company is also among the top jewelry brands among overall jewelry companies in mainland China.

CHJ has been selected as one of "China's 500 Most Valuable Brands" for 21 consecutive years. In 2024, the company was rated as an "Asia's Top 500 Brand" by the World Brand Laboratory.

The jewelry business has been the company's core business during the track record period, contributing approximately 90% of total revenue. With CHJ as the core engine, the company has established a synergistic strategic brand layout, providing diversified products through distinctive brands, including CHJ, Guangdong CHJ Industry Co.,Ltd.|Soufflé, and CHJ‧ZHEN. The company has also developed a new brand, Cëvol, specifically targeting the emerging lab-grown diamond jewelry market to capture customer segments with differentiated needs.

To supplement and strengthen the company's jewelry products, the company acquired FION in 2014, a brand that primarily sells fashionable handbags targeting young consumers.

As of June 30, 2025, the company operated a total of 1,542 offline jewelry stores. Specifically, the company's sales network includes 201 self-operated stores and 1,337 franchise stores in more than 200 cities nationwide, plus four overseas stores, including one self-operated store in Malaysia, one franchise store in Thailand, and two franchise stores in Cambodia. The company adopts a dual approach, establishing sales points through both self-operated and franchise stores, combining the advantages of both operational strategies and leveraging this hybrid model to drive growth.

Financially, for the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and the six months ended June 30, 2025, Guangdong CHJ Industry Co.,Ltd. achieved revenues of approximately RMB 4.364 billion, RMB 5.836 billion, RMB 6.452 billion, and RMB 4.062 billion, respectively. Profits were RMB 205 million, RMB 330 million, RMB 169 million, and RMB 333 million, respectively.
