Ondas Holdings Inc. (ONDS) saw its stock price soar 5.02% during intraday trading on Monday, following the announcement of two strategic acquisitions that expand the company's autonomous systems business.
The company completed its acquisition of UK-based Rotron Aerospace Ltd, a developer of unmanned aerial systems and long-range autonomous platforms. Rotron is expected to serve as Ondas' UK go-to-market platform for its autonomous systems business, with the company planning to provide further outlook information during an earnings conference call scheduled for March 25, 2026.
Additionally, Ondas reported issuing 352,968 unregistered common shares to acquire the remaining 30% of HoldCo, with the transaction including contingent earn-out payments of up to $1.4 million in common shares tied to specified milestones. This move consolidates the company's ownership structure and aligns with its growth strategy in autonomous technology.
