Bulletin Express04-23

CMBC Capital Holdings Limited announced that its Annual Report 2025, in both English and Chinese, is now accessible under the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website (www.cmbccap.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies with this notice. Shareholders may change their preferred mode of receipt or language at any time by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form, writing to Tricor Investor Services Limited, or emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. Requests for printed copies of future communications remain valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours.

The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman Li Baochen on 24 April 2026.
