New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. (NCI) reported zero movements in both its authorised and issued share capital for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd.
Total authorised share capital remained at 3,119,546,600 ordinary shares, all with a par value of RMB 1, equivalent to RMB 3.12 billion. The structure is split between 1,034,107,260 H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 2,085,439,340 A-shares listed in Shanghai; neither class recorded any increase, decrease or treasury share activity during the reporting period.
Issued share numbers were likewise unchanged at 1,034,107,260 H-shares and 2,085,439,340 A-shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. The company confirmed its H-share public float comfortably met the Hong Kong Listing Rules’ 5 percent minimum requirement for PRC issuers.
The filing also noted no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities or other agreements that could dilute the current share base.
