Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a notable change in share positions for SUNAC (ASX: 01918). As of June 23rd, the total market value of shares held in custody reached HK$1.772 billion, representing 14.43% of the company's issued share capital.

This movement involved company shareholders depositing 2.472 billion shares with HSBC Holdings PLC in Hong Kong. This transaction resulted in a decrease of 11.77 percentage points in the shareholders' proportional stake.

This development follows the company's recent release of its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The report showed annual revenue of 45.12 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year decline of 39%. The loss attributable to the company's owners narrowed by 52% to 12.329 billion yuan. The basic loss per share was reported as 1.14 yuan.
