Build King Holdings Limited has scheduled a Special General Meeting for 14 August 2026 at 3:30 p.m. (Hong Kong time) at Units 601-605A, 6/F, Tower B, Manulife Financial Centre, 223 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.

The sole ordinary resolution will ask shareholders to approve two connected transactions: 1. Underground Quarry Sub-Contract dated 21 July 2026. 2. Rock Transportation Sub-Contract dated 21 July 2026.

Both agreements were signed between: • Faith Oriental Investment Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Wai Kee Holdings Limited, and • Titan Foundation Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Build King.

Proxy forms must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Attendance in person will supersede any previously lodged proxy form.
