Knowledge Atlas Technology Joint Stock Company Limited has formally announced a transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
The company confirmed that reports, financial statements, circulars, meeting notices, proxy forms and other shareholder documents will be published solely on both the company’s website (www.zhipuai.cn) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be dispatched only upon specific request.
Non-registered shareholders—those who hold shares through CCASS or other intermediaries—will not receive separate notifications when new documents are uploaded. Instead, they are advised to monitor the company and HKEX websites for updates.
Shareholders preferring hard-copy communications can submit a completed request form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 2513-ecom@vistra.com. The chosen preference will remain effective until revoked or replaced.
Enquiries regarding the new arrangements can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or via email at 2513-ecom@vistra.com.
The initiative underscores Knowledge Atlas’s move toward greater efficiency, environmental responsibility and alignment with HKEX’s electronic communication framework.
