Stock News06-18

An announcement has been made by Cspc Innovation Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. (300765.SZ) regarding its subsidiary.

The company's controlling subsidiary, CSPC JUSHI Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., has recently received a formal acceptance notice from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).

The marketing application for its Secukinumab Injection has been officially accepted for review.

Secukinumab is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that selectively binds to IL-17A, thereby blocking its interaction with the IL-17A receptor.

IL-17A is identified as a key cytokine in the inflammatory response and disease progression of conditions such as psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and axial spondyloarthritis, playing a central role in their pathogenesis.

Functioning as an IL-17A inhibitor, Secukinumab specifically neutralizes IL-17A, suppressing its pro-inflammatory effects.

This action is effective in alleviating disease symptoms, providing sustained clinical improvement, and delivering long-term clinical benefits to patients.

Its fully human structure is associated with a lower incidence of anti-drug antibodies, offering a combination of durable efficacy and a favorable safety profile.
