The Qiaoshan Intelligent Manufacturing Science and Technology Park has passed the joint completion acceptance inspection, clearing the way for Three Squirrels Inc. to fully relocate its South China regional headquarters into the facility. This modern, specialized park spans over 120,000 square meters and was developed and built in just eight months.
Located in Xiqiao Town, Nanhai District, the project covers a total construction area of approximately 120,000 square meters. It features eight buildings, including a comprehensive building, a snack factory, production workshops, and storage spaces, designed to meet the needs of the entire food production chain, such as deep processing of nuts, snack repackaging, and cold chain warehousing. Construction officially began in November 2025, the main structure was topped out in February 2026, and the project received completion acceptance in July 2026, with the entire construction cycle taking only eight months. At the peak of construction, over 1,200 workers were on-site. The project completed 1,599 pile foundation installations within 15 days of starting and poured more than 30,000 cubic meters of concrete within two months, showcasing the "Foshan Speed" in project development.
In the future, the park plans to establish 23 repackaging lines, 3 assembly lines, 4 daily nuts repackaging lines, 2 deep processing lines for nuts, and 7 snack production lines. Once fully operational, it will be developed into an intensive supply base serving South China and even Southeast Asia, driving the agglomeration of upstream and downstream enterprises.
The Three Squirrels Inc. South China regional headquarters is a key "chain-leader" project introduced by Nanhai District. Leveraging the Qiaoshan Intelligent Manufacturing Science and Technology Park, it will attract supporting enterprises in sectors like nut raw materials, packaging, cold chain logistics, and e-commerce distribution to cluster, promoting the "extension, supplementation, and strengthening" of the big health food industry chain. After the project is fully operational, it will become an intensive supply base radiating to South China and Southeast Asia, injecting new momentum into the upgrade of the Foshan industrial cluster.
