Super Hi International Holding Ltd. (Super Hi) announced two governance updates:
1. Qualification of Company Secretary The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX) has confirmed that Ms. Qu Cong now meets the professional requirements under Listing Rule 3.28 to serve as the company secretary. This confirmation effectively supersedes the waiver granted in December 2022, under which Ms. Qu had been acting with the assistance of a fully qualified co-secretary during the waiver period ending 29 December 2025.
2. Change of Joint Company Secretary and Process Agent • Resignation: Mr. Cheng Ching Kit will step down as Joint Company Secretary and Hong Kong Process Agent with effect from 31 March 2026. The company stated that Mr. Cheng has no disagreements with the Board and no matters require shareholder attention. • Appointment: Effective the same date, Ms. Oh Sim Yee will assume the roles of Joint Company Secretary and Process Agent. Ms. Oh, an assistant manager at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, brings more than 12 years of corporate-secretarial experience. She is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Victoria University, Australia.
The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Cheng for his contributions and welcomed Ms. Oh to her new positions. All other board positions remain unchanged as of 31 March 2026.
