MEDTIDE Appoints New CFO and Revamps Key Management Positions

MEDTIDE (03880) has announced a series of key management changes, effective from July 31, 2026. Ms. Ding Lijun has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, where she will oversee the group's overall financial strategy and management.

Effective July 31, 2026, Mr. Wu Dongcheng has resigned from his roles as (i) joint company secretary, (ii) authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and (iii) representative for service of process and notices in Hong Kong under the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance. Concurrently, Ms. Li Lingmei has stepped down as (i) board secretary, (ii) joint company secretary, and (iii) authorized representative. Ms. Li will continue to serve as an executive director of the company.

Following Ms. Li's resignation as board secretary, Ms. Ding Lijun has been appointed as the new board secretary effective July 31, 2026. Additionally, after Ms. Li's resignation as authorized representative, Dr. Xu Qi, the company's chairman, executive director, and CEO, has been appointed as the authorized representative from the same date. Following the resignations of Mr. Wu and Ms. Li as joint company secretaries, Mr. Chen Zhen has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective July 31, 2026.
