The company's backlog grew by 107.4% year-over-year to a record $2.13 billion, providing excellent visibility for future business. Management stated that the current top priority is to drive production, convert the backlog, and achieve gradual margin improvement as capacity utilization increases.

Shareholders Approve Multiple Governance Items at Annual Meeting At the annual shareholders' meeting held on May 12, shareholders approved several governance items. These included increasing the maximum size of the board of directors from 9 to 11 members and approving, on an advisory basis, the executive compensation plan.
