HXTL Contributes to National Blockchain Storage Standard Development

HXTL (01085) announced that its executive director, Mr. Peng Yinan, served as a principal drafter, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Zhangyu Information Technology Co., Ltd., acted as a principal drafting unit in formulating the national standard titled "Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology - Infrastructure and System Storage Technical Requirements." This standard falls under the purview of the National Technical Committee for Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology Standardization (TC590) and is supervised by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The standard, designated GB/T 47701‑2026, was published on May 25, 2026, and is scheduled to take effect on September 1, 2026. It establishes storage service models for blockchain and distributed ledger technology, encompassing both in-block storage and extended storage models. The standard specifies requirements for functionality, performance, security, and management connectivity, aiming to standardize the blockchain storage technology framework, enhance blockchain service capabilities, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. Participation in drafting this standard signifies national-level recognition of the company's technical expertise and industry contributions in the fields of blockchain distributed storage and digital security. The board of directors believes that, leveraging its technical strengths in blockchain and digital security, the company will be well-positioned to pioneer the development of system storage security solutions compliant with this standard. This will assist clients in building secure and reliable blockchain application infrastructure, further diversifying the group's portfolio within its digital technology business segment.
