For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, the Group's contract sales amount was approximately RMB 572 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 24.74%, while the Group's equity contract sales amount was approximately RMB 552 million. During the same period, the Group's sales area was 45,954 square meters with equity sales area of 42,960 square meters. The Group's average selling price was approximately RMB 12,455 per square meter, while the equity average selling price was approximately RMB 12,840 per square meter.
