GIC GROUP (01669) has announced that Dr. Wu Liwen has decided not to stand for re-election as an independent non-executive director at the upcoming annual general meeting, due to the need to focus on other professional commitments. Following her departure at the conclusion of the AGM, Dr. Wu will also step down from her roles as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
