Central New Energy Holding Group Limited will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 22 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Unit 2102–3, 21/F, K. Wah Centre, 191 Java Road, Hong Kong. The sole agenda item is a special resolution seeking shareholder approval for the proposed change of the company’s name.
Shareholders registered on the company’s books may vote in person or by proxy. Each share carries one vote. Proxy forms—specifying the number of shares represented—must reach the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited (2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong), no later than 48 hours before the meeting time. Completion of a proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person; attendance will automatically revoke any previously submitted proxy.
Joint holders may vote through the most senior shareholder present, as determined by the share register order. Corporate shareholders must execute proxies under seal or an authorised signature. All time references are Hong Kong time.
