Henan Splendor Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (002296.SZ) has released its semi-annual report for 2026, showing that the company's operating revenue for the period reached 372 million yuan, a decrease of 7.91% compared to the same period last year.

The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 118 million yuan, marking a year-on-year decline of 12.27%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses stood at 118 million yuan, down 12.52% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share amounted to 0.3029 yuan.

During the reporting period, the company continued to focus on its core business of "integrated solutions for rail transit operation and maintenance and high-end equipment." It persistently enhanced its research and development capabilities by gradually expanding market segments to cultivate new product markets. The company also optimized its management system and strengthened target control across various business units. These initiatives aim to build a high-end manufacturing system platform, improve intelligent operation and maintenance solutions and comprehensive service capabilities in rail transit, and maintain stable and sustainable development. Additionally, the company is steadily advancing the construction of a new energy research and development center and the development of solutions in the field of new-type energy storage.
