Dida Inc.: IDG China IV Investors Sells 0.91 Million Shares, Holding Falls to 0.93 %

On 2 July 2026, the Executive under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers disclosed that IDG China IV Investors L.P.—classified as a Class (6) associate of Dida Inc.—sold 0.91 million ordinary shares of Dida Inc. on 30 June 2026. The shares were disposed of at an average price of $2.3888 each.

Following the transaction, IDG China IV Investors L.P. holds 9.49 million Dida Inc. shares, representing 0.93 % of the company’s issued share capital. The dealings were executed for the investor’s own account, and the entity is ultimately owned by Chi Sing Ho.

The trade was reported in accordance with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, in the context of an ongoing voluntary general offer for Dida Inc.
