6月18日消息，新东方官微发表声明称，近日，网传“新东方内容座谈的消息”及座谈内容，新东方未就相关内容进行过所谓的座谈且对相关内容并不知情。
此前，网上有传言称新东方召开内部座谈会，会议指出2022年起，周末、寒暑假都不能上课；6岁以下学科、非学科均不能上。
