TSUGAMI CHINA to Halve Board Lot Size to 500 Shares from 21 July 2026, Cutting Minimum Trade Value to HK$30,325

Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited (“Tsugami China”) will reduce the trading unit of its ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Main Board from 1,000 shares to 500 shares, effective 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 21 July 2026.

• Financial impact: Based on the announcement-day closing price of HK$60.65, the board-lot value will fall from HK$60,650 to HK$30,325, a move the Board expects will enhance share liquidity and broaden investor access.

• Shareholder rights: The adjustment affects only the trading denomination; voting and other shareholder entitlements remain unchanged. The company states it has no plans for other corporate actions within the next 12 months that would conflict with this objective.

• Timetable highlights – 7 Jul 2026: First day for free exchange of existing 1,000-share certificates for new 500-share certificates at Tricor Investor Services. – 20 Jul 2026: Last trading day in 1,000-share board lots on the original counter. – 21 Jul 2026: Board lot change becomes effective; parallel trading in 500- and 1,000-share lots begins, with a temporary counter for 1,000-share lots. – 10 Aug 2026: Last day of parallel trading; temporary counter for 1,000-share lots closes. – 12 Aug 2026: Deadline for free exchange of share certificates; thereafter a HK$2.50 fee per certificate applies.

• Certificate exchange: Existing certificates remain valid for trading and settlement. New certificates issued from 21 July 2026 will represent 500 shares each and share the same design and colour scheme as current certificates.
