DEXIN CHINA to Delist from January 7, 2026

DEXIN CHINA (02019) announced that on December 18, 2025, the company received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The letter stated that as the company failed to meet any of the requirements under the resumption guidance imposed by HKEX, and its shares remained suspended as of December 10, 2025, the HKEX Listing Committee has decided to cancel the company's listing status under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules.

The last trading day for the company's shares will be January 6, 2026, and the delisting will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on January 7, 2026. DEXIN CHINA will not apply for a review of the delisting decision made by the Listing Committee.

Additionally, the company's shares will continue to be suspended from trading.
