ZACD expects S$0.59 million 1H 2026 profit, reversing prior-year loss on higher revenue and impairment reversal

Bulletin Express08-21

21 August 2026 – ZACD announced a positive profit alert for the six months ended 30 June 2026, projecting a net profit of approximately S$0.59 million. The figure contrasts with a net loss of about S$0.73 million recorded in the same period of 2025.

Management attributes the turnaround to three main factors:

1. Revenue growth: Sales rose by roughly S$0.21 million, up 15.2% year on year. 2. Impairment reversal: The Group booked a reversal of impairment losses on financial assets of around S$1.83 million, versus a S$0.14 million impairment charge in the prior-year period. 3. Cost discipline: Staff costs declined by about S$0.25 million, representing a 14.3% reduction from the previous year.

The company is finalising its unaudited interim results, which have not yet been reviewed by auditors or the audit committee. Official interim figures are scheduled for release in August 2026.

ZACD advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares until the detailed results are published.
