On 15 May 2026, YNBY International Limited disclosed that its latest circular—issued in both English and Chinese—is now available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk) and on the company’s website (www.0030.com.hk).
In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, YNBY has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. The term covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Printed versions will no longer be distributed automatically.
Key points for investors and intermediaries:
• Non-registered shareholders must provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive electronic notifications. • Without an email on file, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently; only “actionable” documents—those requiring a response—will be sent in hard copy. • Shareholders experiencing difficulties with online access, or preferring hard copies, can request printed materials free of charge by emailing YNBYInternational.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Any request for printed communications is valid for one year from the date of receipt.
