On September 18, 2026, Wenchao Wang acquired a deemed interest in 60,000 H shares of BAMA TEA (06980) at an average price of HKD 30.1037 per share, involving approximately HKD 1.81 million, following the company's buyback of 60,000 ordinary shares held as treasury shares, which gave rise to the interest for its controlling shareholders. This acquisition was not a direct on-exchange trade but a statutory deemed interest arising from the corporate action.

Prior to the acquisition, Wenchao Wang's long position in BAMA TEA was 43.57 million shares, representing 51.30%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 43.63 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 51.37%.

This involves related parties: Wang Wenbin, Wang Wenli, Chen Yajing, Wu Xiaoning, and Wang Xiaoping.
