Ping An Bank Completes Issuance of First Tranche 2026 Financial Bonds

On September 21, Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. announced that, following regulatory approval, it has successfully issued the first tranche of its 2026 financial bonds on the national interbank bond market. The bonds were offered through quotation on the local currency trading platform of the National Interbank Funding Center, with a total issuance size of RMB 10 billion. This total comprises an initial issuance of RMB 5 billion and a subsequent reopening issuance of RMB 5 billion.

The bonds are three-year fixed-rate plain financial bonds with interest attached, carrying a coupon rate of 1.57% per annum. The reopening tranche was priced at RMB 100.0273 per RMB 100 face value. Proceeds from the issuance, in line with applicable laws and regulatory approvals, are intended to support the bank's asset-liability allocation needs, strengthen funding sources, optimize the maturity structure of liabilities, and promote steady business development.
