Shanghai-based handset-design specialist Longcheer has disclosed two share capital adjustments completed between 16 September and 8 October 2026.

On 16 September, the company cancelled 0.39 million previously granted but un-unlocked restricted A-shares, equal to 0.08 % of the 462.46 million shares then in issue (excluding treasury stock). The shares were cancelled at a repurchase price of RMB 18.84 each.

Subsequently, on 8 October, Longcheer repurchased 76,530 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for use in future equity-incentive or employee share-ownership schemes. The on-market buy-back, executed at prices between RMB 33.84 and RMB 34.00, cost RMB 2.60 million in aggregate and represents 0.02 % of pre-repurchase issued shares. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock.

Following these transactions, Longcheer’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 462.00 million, while treasury shares increased to 7.94 million. Total issued shares now stand at 469.94 million.

The company confirmed that both the cancellation and the repurchase were authorised by the board and carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and stock-exchange rules.
