Sichuan Province Announces Minimum Admission Scores for Arts and Sports Majors in 2026

The Sichuan Provincial Education Examination Authority has released the minimum admission control scores for arts and sports majors in the province's regular higher education institutions for the 2026 academic year, following approval by the Sichuan Higher Education Admissions Committee.

Undergraduate (Bachelor's) Programs

Music Education: Cultural score 335; Professional score 170.

Music Performance: Cultural score 305; Professional score 190.

Dance: Cultural score 265; Professional score 180.

Performance/Directing (Drama, Film & TV Performance): Cultural score 340; Professional score 210.

Performance/Directing (Fashion Modeling): Cultural score 335; Professional score 170.

Performance/Directing (Drama, Film & TV Directing): Cultural score 410; Professional score 220.

Broadcasting and Hosting: Cultural score 350; Professional score 200.

Fine Arts and Design: Cultural score 330; Professional score 205.

Calligraphy: Cultural score 365; Professional score 205.

Fine Arts and Design (Vocational Student Enrollment): Cultural score 210; Professional score 205.

Sports: Cultural score 320; Professional score 70.

Higher Vocational (Associate's) Programs

Music Education: Cultural score 140; Professional score 135.

Music Performance: Cultural score 140; Professional score 150.

Dance: Cultural score 140; Professional score 165.

Performance/Directing (Drama, Film & TV Performance): Cultural score 140; Professional score 175.

Performance/Directing (Fashion Modeling): Cultural score 140; Professional score 120.

Performance/Directing (Drama, Film & TV Directing): Cultural score 140; Professional score 180.

Broadcasting and Hosting: Cultural score 140; Professional score 185.

Fine Arts and Design: Cultural score 140; Professional score 165.

Calligraphy: Cultural score 140; Professional score 195.

Fine Arts and Design (Vocational Student Enrollment): Cultural score 120; Professional score 165.

Sports: Cultural score 140; Professional score 60 (50 for students from the three prefectures).

Other Categories

For the Inter-provincial Joint Examination for Traditional Opera, the minimum cultural score for undergraduate programs is 218, and the passing score for the professional exam is 180.

For arts programs at a small number of institutions that conduct their own entrance exams, the required cultural score must meet the corresponding control score for regular undergraduate programs in Sichuan Province.
