B.DUCK SEMK Records HK$24.9 Million in Position Transfers, Involving 9.50% of Shares

Data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a significant transfer of holdings for B.DUCK SEMK (02250) on July 16. The total value of shares transferred was HK$24.90 million, accounting for 9.50% of the company's shares. A shareholder moved 95.082 million shares to Hua Ye Securities while transferring out 95.737 million shares from Citibank.

B.DUCK SEMK recently announced it entered into a cooperation agreement on June 11, 2026, with Yungang Accompany New Intelligence (Langfang) Technology Co., Ltd. (Yungang), a company primarily engaged in the research, development, and sales of embodied robots and AI companion/care robots. As of the announcement date, Yungang and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties with no connection to the company or its related persons.

Under the agreement, the group has established a comprehensive strategic partnership with Yungang. This partnership aims to leverage the group's strengths in intellectual property (IP) operation and brand management, combined with Yungang's capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) technology and hardware manufacturing.

A core component of this strategic cooperation involves the joint development, manufacturing, and commercialization of three AI companion hardware product lines featuring the "B.Duck" family brand. These product lines are: AI companion figurines/desktop pets, AI companion pendants, and AI companion trendy toys.
