JAKOTA CAPITAL Offloads 250 ETH in Recent Transactions for About US$634,300 Combined

JAKOTA CAPITAL (01468) has issued an announcement that, during the period from 26 August 2026 to 25 September 2026 (both dates inclusive), its wholly-owned subsidiary Treasure Apex Group Limited carried out a series of disposals, selling a total of 250 ETH for an aggregate consideration of approximately US$634,300 (excluding transaction costs).

These disposals comprised: the sale of a total of 50 ETH on the open market on 26 August 2026, with the proceeds received in cash; and, pursuant to a dual-currency investment settlement, the disposal of a total of 200 ETH upon maturity on 25 September 2026.

The average price of the disposals was approximately US$2,537.30 per ETH. Following completion of the disposals and as at the date of this announcement, the company holds an interest in 158.51 ETH.
