Wang Yongjie Approved as Chief Compliance Officer of Bank Of Ningbo

On March 13, the Ningbo Financial Regulatory Bureau issued an official approval for Wang Yongjie to serve as Chief Compliance Officer of Bank Of Ningbo Co.,Ltd.

Public information shows that Wang Yongjie, male, was born in October 1972, holds a master's degree, and is a senior economist. He currently holds the positions of Deputy President and Chief Risk Officer at Bank Of Ningbo. Wang's career includes roles as a loan officer at the Zhongshan Sub-branch of Agricultural Bank of China's Ningbo branch, Director of the Zhongshan Square Office at the Haishu Sub-branch, Deputy President of the Lingqiao Sub-branch of Bank Of Ningbo, Deputy General Manager (acting in charge) of the Risk Management Department, and General Manager of the Personal Banking Department. During this period, he also served concurrently as General Manager of the Credit Card Center. From November 2011 to September 2012, he was Assistant President of Bank Of Ningbo. He has been serving as Deputy President since September 2012 and assumed the additional role of Chief Risk Officer in September 2024.
