Hyfusin: Online Release of 2026 Interim Report and Shareholder Communication Options

On 4 September 2026, Hyfusin Group Holdings Limited issued a notification to non-registered shareholders regarding the publication of its 2026 Interim Report and the procedures for receiving future corporate communications.

Key details:

• The 2026 Interim Report, prepared in both English and Chinese, is now available on the company’s website (www.hyfusingroup.com) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

• Shareholders whose shares are held through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC) may provide an email address via HKSCC to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. If no valid email address is supplied, physical notification letters will continue to be mailed to the registered address.

• Printed copies of any corporate communication can be requested at no cost from Union Registrars Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, either by post (Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong) or by email (8512-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk). Requests remain valid for one year unless revoked or renewed.

• Shareholders encountering difficulties accessing documents online may obtain printed versions upon request. Enquiries can be directed to Union Registrars Limited at (+852) 2849 3399 during business hours.
