Bulletin Express09-04

Ajisen (China) Holdings Limited has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that the company’s share structure remained stable throughout the month.

The group’s authorised share capital held steady at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.09 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

Ajisen (China) confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as at month-end.

Activity within the 2017 share option scheme was limited: 0.24 million options lapsed, reducing outstanding options to 23.01 million. No options were exercised, and no new shares were issued. Existing outstanding options represent potential dilution of roughly 2.11 percent of total issued shares, while the plan still allows up to 86.15 million shares to be granted in future.

No warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share-issuance arrangements were recorded during the period.

The return was filed on 4 September 2026 and signed by Director Poon Ka Man Jason.
