On December 30, CTI Capital Management Limited purchased an additional 14.66 million shares of CDB LEASING (01606) at a price of HK$1.6931 per share, according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total consideration for this transaction amounted to approximately HK$24.82 million. Following this acquisition, CTI Capital Management's total shareholding increased to around 201 million shares, representing a 7.25% stake in the company.
