The total value of the transferred positions amounted to HK$24.87 million, representing 11.76% of the shares. A shareholder of the company transferred 2 million shares to Shengheng Financial Holdings and transferred out 2 million shares from New Wing On International Securities. DAZHONG DENTAL previously announced that it will distribute a final dividend of HK$0.668 per share for the year ending December 31, 2025, payable on June 30, 2026.
