ZHIDA TECH-NEW (02650) announced that on April 25, 2026, the company successfully held a Partner Conference and Innovation Ecosystem Launch Event in Beijing. During the event, three core new products were introduced, and multiple ecological cooperation agreements were signed.
The new products include: (i) the "Pioneer Robot," a home-use automatic charging robot featuring remote control, an ultra-thin design, and a self-developed charging arm for seamless charging, compatible with mainstream intelligent electric vehicles; (ii) an unmanned public charging solution tailored for autonomous driving scenarios such as Robotaxi, ports, and airports, with a goal to jointly build 10,000 unmanned public charging stations with partners by 2030, serving 1 million autonomous vehicles; and (iii) the Nexus AC Charging Pile for overseas markets, designed for all scenarios, featuring smart load balancing, tolerance to extreme temperatures, and support for intelligent scheduling and remote operation and maintenance.
During the conference, the company entered into several strategic partnerships. It signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Building a "New Ecosystem for Smart Green Scenarios" with Shanghai Westwell Technology Co., Ltd. A Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement was signed with Shanghai Tongji Technology Industry Co., Ltd. Additionally, a Cooperation Agreement for a New Generation Shared Mobility Project was signed with Sanming Xincheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Sanming Transportation Group Co., Ltd. Furthermore, a Distribution Agreement was signed with Power Equipment & Supplies, Inc. from the Philippines. These collaborations aim to foster deep synergy in areas including autonomous driving, charging infrastructure deployment, and localized overseas services, working together to build an open and mutually beneficial global intelligent energy replenishment ecosystem.
The company will leverage its integrated "Product + Platform + Service" architecture, embrace intelligentization, and create a closed-loop ecosystem for autonomous vehicle charging. It is committed to the vision of "enabling every household worldwide to use electric vehicles and green energy, and equipping every parking lot globally with automatic charging robots."
