Ming Yuan Cloud Reminds Shareholders to Submit Email Addresses for Electronic Corporate Communications

Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited issued a reminder on 15 July 2026 that it has fully adopted electronic dissemination of corporate communications, following the initial notice dated 5 July 2024.

The company confirmed that, going forward, documents such as annual and interim reports, directors’ reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms will be made available in both English and Chinese on the corporate website (www.mingyuanyun.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will not be mailed unless specifically requested.

Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address are urged to do so to ensure timely receipt of “Actionable Corporate Communications” — documents that require shareholder instructions or elections. Email details can be submitted by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by signing and returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

If no functional email address is received, the company will continue to send Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form, accompanied by a renewed request for an email address. Shareholders may alternatively elect to receive all corporate communications in printed form for a one-year period by marking the relevant option on the reply form or emailing mingyuanyun.ecom@computershare.com.hk with name, address and the request.

The initiative supports the company’s environmental objectives by reducing paper usage. Shareholders with questions can contact the share registrar on +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).
