CT VISION SL (00994) announced that all conditions under the first subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the first subscription was completed on October 10, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the first subscription agreement dated July 8, 2025, between the company and the first subscriber, the first subscriber has successfully subscribed for a total of 120 million first subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$0.36 per first subscription share.
