CPIC Announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director Candidate Zhou Lei

On April 15, China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC) issued an announcement stating that the board of directors recently received the resignation letter from Zhou Lei, a candidate for non-executive director of the tenth board of directors. Due to work changes, Zhou Lei has resigned from his position as a candidate for non-executive director of the tenth board of directors, with the resignation taking effect from the date it was delivered to the company's board. In light of this, Wang Tazhu will continue to serve as a non-executive director of the company and as a member of the relevant board committee.
